Attending a regular pilates class before, during and after your pregnancy has many benefits. These benefits include strengthening your core, upper body, legs and glutes.

Vanessa De Santi
Founder and Pilates Instructor
My passion for Pilates is like no other and I’m so excited to share my passion with you! I have been in the dance and fitness industry for over 30 years. My career as a professional dancer took me all over the world. I began practising Pilates after years of injuries and was intrigued by the mind-body connection, challenging repertoire, and instant results.
I look forward to being an integral part to helping you reach your fitness goals.

Studio Pilates Instructor
My experience encompasses 3 years of Pilates prior to beginning my instructor training. I saw great results in my body that I had not experienced with other forms of exercise and felt others would benefit as well. I started with a mat course and progressed to becoming a Professional Pilates Instructor with a Diploma course in contemporary.
Following then into the original Classical Pilates system that Joe himself had introduced so I could understand more deeply his work. I then added Yin yoga to my repertoire as I found it so beneficial to my clients and more recently Vinyasa Yoga. My many years in the industry has given me the ability to see deeply into bodies.
Contemporary Pilates Instructor
I fell in love with Pilates when encouraged to attend a class with my sister who had been obsessed with Vanessa’s work for many years before me. I was your typical ‘gym junkie’ style training girl but I never seemed to be able to achieve my flexibility goals. A few classes in and I was hooked for life. Not only was I able to improve my flexibility but also develop a love for my body and some extra abs along the way. I now practice Pilates approximately 3 times a week and have never felt leaner and stronger. My personal favourite style of Pilates is a modern fusion of reformer with some cheeky props and spicy RnB tunes pumping.
My ultimate goal is to motivate clients to love their bodies no matter what. You can catch me in the studio on Monday nights.
