Founder and Pilates instructor.
Kirsty is fully qualified and trained by recognised 2nd generation Pilates Instructors.
Kirsty focuses on the simplicity of the classic Pilates method to increase efficiency, functionality and strength in the body.
She will challenge your mind and body to work together and you’ll leave a session with new knowledge and capability on how to move better in your everyday life.
Her love for Pilates comes from the impact of the method on her own body. Turning her passion into something that makes such a difference in the quality of peoples life’s is extremely rewarding.
Classical Pilates instructor.
My experience encompasses three years of Pilates prior to beginning my instructor training. I saw great results in my body that I had not experienced with other forms of exercise and felt others would benefit as well. I started with a mat course and progressed to becoming a Professional Pilates Instructor with a Diploma course in contemporary. Following then into the original Classical Pilates system that Joe himself had introduced so I could understand more deeply his work. I then added Yin yoga to my repertoire as I found it so beneficial to my clients and more recently Vinyasa Yoga. My many years in the industry has given me the ability to see deeply into bodies.
If you are in my class I will guide you to the best of your ability not mine. I cue so you will understand how the exercises are done in your body. I only teach what I can do and don’t expect anything from you that I can see your body is not ready for. Your effort defines your success and so does your commitment, my job is to help you achieve the stretch and strength that Pilates offers. I work different levels and give options for most movements so don’t panic, just come and feel the difference.

Contemporary Pilates instructor.
What I love most about Pilates is the adaptability of each class and teaching style to provide a whole new workout experience every time. Whether it be stretching and lengthening or sweating and strengthening, it never gets boring !
I first began teaching in the studio in 2020 and have loved seeing the confidence blossom in so many of my clients since then. When I’m not in the studio I’m working with client’s full time as a passionate occupational therapist and spending time with family. I also love a good holiday and some fine wine.
I fell in love with Pilates when encouraged to attend a class with my sister who had been obsessed with Vanessa’s work for many years before me. I was your typical ‘gym junkie’ style training girl but I never seemed to be able to achieve my flexibility goals. A few classes in and I was hooked for life. Not only was I able to improve my flexibility but also develop a love for my body and some extra abs along the way. I now practice Pilates approximately 3 times a week and have never felt leaner and stronger. My personal favourite style of Pilates is a modern fusion of reformer with some cheeky props and spicy RnB tunes pumping.
My ultimate goal is to motivate clients to love their bodies no matter what. You can catch me in the studio on Monday nights.
